This is a two day course. Nuno felt is incredibly light, warm without being hot and a pleasure to wear. On the first day we will learn the technique of felting wool fibres and prefelts into different types of material. Then you will be working to design the layout for your scarf and perhaps making prefelts in your chosen fibres. The second day will be setting out your design on silk chiffon and working to get your unique scarf felted. 10am till 4pm.

Cobweb felt is incredibly light and warm and a pleasure to wear. Take the time choose your fibres, spread them out and felt them into a unique scarf. Some experience in felt making is desirable. 10am till 4pm.

Beginning with wool fibres we will construct a small vessel. Using the first vessel you can then design and make your own small vessel. 10am till 4pm.

Working solely with black and white merino wool tops enter a fascinating world where we will blend, contrast and draw with wool fibres. There will be lots of opportunity to experiment and make samples. 10am till 4pm.

We will begin to explore the world of felt making. Working with wool fibre, we will begin by making fine layers to combine onto your own background. There will be glimpses into some other aspects of felt making too! You will be able take home your own small felted vessel or flat piece of felt. 10am till 4pm.

Everything from bumps to spikes, bubbles and folds. Investigating texture in felt. You will end up with some varied samples and a small piece incorporating your favourite ideas. 10am till 4pm.
Cost £ 32 all materials included
Use merino wool to create simple felt pieces to wear. These can be as varied as your imagination allows. You may wish to incorporate some beads into the finished pieces too. 10am till 4pm.
